He is recognized for his impactful discourse known as the ‘Bibhorr Vijay Vaach’ or ‘Bibhorr Victory Dialogue’ (2020), which he debated with an Oxford professor. He has also highlighted the critical national security risks associated with cryptocurrency, prompting a nationwide call to action. As an aerospace engineer, he has played a key role in developing a novel AI-based aero-mathematical algorithm known as the Bibhorr formula, which was showcased at the MHRD conference at IGNOU headquarters in 2019. His collaborative efforts with JS Rawat during the MHRD-CSTT seminar in 2019 contributed to the establishment of AICTE’s Vaani initiative, which aligns with the earlier Bibhorr Vaani initiative, fostering cross-border collaborations to enhance the Aerospace and Defense culture among students.
In partnership with the CIRND Federation, Bibhorr presented a policy paper on cryptocurrencies to Shrimati Nirmala Sitharaman and the relevant ministry in June 2021. As a security leader and policy advisor, he conducted a pivotal workshop session in 2021 organized by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, where he informed the government about the intricate security threats posed by cryptocurrencies. As a result of Bibhorr’s initiatives, Vice Chancellors of central universities and Founding Chancellors of private universities were motivated to cultivate a startup ecosystem focused on investigating the dark web and cryptocurrency intelligence, reflecting a global acknowledgment of the national security challenges linked to cryptocurrencies.
Bibhorr has transformed the academic landscape in the UK and the US by exposing malpractices and identifying threat actors involved in disseminating emails that promote anti-military ideologies and harmful files aimed at undermining global national security. His insightful and timely interventions not only countered disinformation and protected military integrity but also served as a powerful call to address unethical practices in research and journal publications worldwide.
